Business Models for outsourcing Solutions
At Bharti Softland, we follow a systematic approach towards pricing based on our business models. Fixed price and T&M models are the most commonly used however we have worked out two more models based on combination of Fixed price and T&M models. If the client has no preference of business model, the model to be used is recommended by professionals at Bharti Softland after a careful inspection of the strategy to be followed and amount and type of task to be accomplished.
Business Models
Fixed Price Model (FPM)
Ideal pricing option when system requirements are clearly outlined. A certain price is quoted at the outset and the whole project development is carried out within that pricing framework. Bharti Softland's fixed price model offers a low-risk option. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Deliverables, costs, and timelines are clearly defined in the model. In this model, for any change in scope at the later stage in the project execution, a prior agreed upon fixed hourly rate is charged to the client.
Time and Material Model (T&M)
It is Ideal for clients who want to play a larger part in project execution. In this case, the pricing is determined based upon the number of man hours required to complete the project. In another words, when scope, specification and implementation plan of the project is not easy to define at initial phase, Bharti Softland's Time and Material Model becomes an attractive option.
Under this model, the client pays as per the number of man hours put in development efforts and the strategy to be followed is defined working in tandem with client for execution of end-to-end projects. If the initial time and material model determines exact scope and the project allows the scope to be frozen, it could be converted in to fixed price model. Our project management and reporting method ensures exact hours spent on project with full transparency.
T&M 4 FPM Model
Ideal in the situation when client wants to go for fixed price model but the scope of work is not 100% clear or detailed enough to decide fixed price in the project initiation phase.
Under this model, we define the scope of work by working closely with client and come up with the estimations applying time and material model. Once this is done and project execution plan is agreed upon, we offer the client a fixed priced model. Adopting this model enables the client to optimize their budgets without compromising any aspect of the project itself.
Hire Dedicated Model
This is the ideal model for web development, existing overseas web development houses. In this model, Bharti Softland provides resources to work dedicatedly on your project or be the part of your development team or to establish your offshore development centre.
